Paragons Club concern #1

I've just launched a sneak preview of the kind of tutorial that will
be in Paragons Club when we go live in a few days time.

http://www.ParagonsClub.com

The videos are rough and ready as a few people have commented on. Kim
said

"The video angles aren’t great – they cut your head off!"

And do you know what? She's right, and its intentional. Why? Because
I wanted to prove that it's better to get it going than get it perfect.

Now this video is about boosting your income. Forget the "armchair
millionaire" pipe dreams.. What if you added just £500 - £1000 a month
to your income? Would that get you excited?

My income really shot up when I built out my "platform" - by that I mean
2 books, 17 audio home study cd sets, Teleseminars, etc. And in this
video I teach you how to do all that.

In the self-help world customers like the "thud factor" of an audio cd
in a plastic case. Waay more satisfying than an e-book.

Anyway, watch the video, take notes, and feel free to leave comments and
ask questions like we've had already - good bit of buzz going on!

Enjoy,

Jonathan

Good news [quick video]

Over the last 5 months I've been running my longest online survey asking
my loyal clients what your biggest goals are, and what help you'd like.

The loftiest goal [by an overwhelming majority] is financial security -
and that couldn't be at a more relevant time with the budget just announced!
Rather than the doom and gloom propaganda that gets pumped into your brain
every day, I've got some good news for a change.

As an ex-Financial Adviser turned self-employed business owner, I want to
help you towards that goal. So I've put together a quick 14 minute video
with a powerful exercise in it that makes you money.

Plus I ask a big question at the end, and I'd love to hear your opinion.
You can see the video here

Thanks in advance, and let me know what you think

Life Coach Gets More Clients By Being The Leader

You have to lead from the front

Everyone in business nowadays has been told "Its better to work ON your
business than IN your Life Coach business" but have you actually taken it to heart?. The thing is, principle, you won't have a business, you'll have a job, andbe an 84 hour a week job too!

Remind yourself why you went self-employed in the first place - a Life Coach duty that works for you, not you working all the hours God sends for it. And the only way to do this is to take control and lead from the front, not wash the plates, answer the calls, make the appointments and see the clients as well. Yet that's likely what you're doing right now, yes?

Your role is to be the visionary, the innovator, the marketer, the
leader. Every hour you spend doing the daily grind work is
actually costing you financially, emotionally and mentally. If you keep doing the everyday "administrivia", then you'll never have the freedom you crave.

So many Therapists and Coaches can't or won't let go. So they continually struggle to get where they vaguely imagine they'll get to. And that's OK if you want to have your sleeves rolled up being very busy doing everything on your ever expanding 'to do' list.

The vision you had was the fulfilment and joy of owning your own Life Coach Practice and being an entrepreneur.. Yet how much harder do you actually work now compared to before? Watching TV but dwelling on your business. Reading a book but going back over that same paragraph cos you're still putting off making those much needed calls

What you've created is a 12 - 16 hour day job laden with
grunt work and admin, for probably not much more fulfilment than a "normal job".

My challenge to you
Make a list of every task and action you take this week. Note which ONE takes up most of your time in a day. The sooner you can delegate, systematise and automate as many daily
Life Coach functions as you possibly can the better. Look at what you do in a day - who could do that for you, with minimal training? What
technology or software could streamline certain tasks?
Make the effort to break free from that one biggest time-consuming task, freeing you up to work on the tactical steps of growing your Practice.

Hire a PA or a virtual assistant for £10 an hour. Sure that might cost you £50 a week, but how many new Life Coach clients would you get if you spent 5 hours a week on marketing, and how much would you earn as a result? Work out the figures.

Take a look at the Systems department in www.fullpractices.com which contains a plethora of tips on how to find easier ways to achieve what needs to be done.

Your major role is to be the business owner. You own the Life Coach garage, you're not the mechanic. Your job is to lead, innovate and promote. Do that and you're on a gradually improving route to greater efficiency, deeper fulfilment and a bustling practice.
